Royal Global instrument bodies—including both natural wood and Eco-Wood models—are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
All warranty claims are evaluated by Royal Global and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Cracks that extend into the bore may qualify for joint replacement, while surface cracks may be evaluated and repaired by an Royal Global Authorized Repair Technician.
All keywork, mechanical components, and accessories are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.
Registering your Royal Global instrument helps us verify ownership, streamline warranty support, and provide timely service when needed. As an added benefit, all registered instruments are automatically entered into our quarterly Royal Global barrel giveaway.
